1. Seller and acceptance
Little Muslims Academy is the legal seller and provider of the academy’s educational services. You contract with Little Muslims Academy for use of those services; purchases are sold through Paddle as described below. By accessing or continuing to use the academy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The academy offers Islamic Montessori learning for children ages 3–12. Accounts and purchases must be managed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older, with authority to make the purchase and supervise the child.
2. Services and prices
Membership costs $50 USD per child per month and includes Arabic Montessori, Tajweed and Prophets’ Stories, with associated live and recorded lessons and materials. Other programs, private lessons, workshops and digital products are sold separately. There is no free trial.
A single private lesson costs $35 USD. The $35 workshop option includes the live workshop only. The $50 workshop option includes the live workshop, its recording, PDF resources, reviews and one free session with the instructor. Digital products are offered at $15, $20 or $30 USD. The specific product description and confirmed schedule govern what you purchase; a price listing alone does not reserve a session or announce an event. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout.
Sample lessons are demonstration content, not a promise of available paid lessons. Only offerings confirmed as available for purchase are supplied. Educational material is not a substitute for professional advice.
3. Payments, subscriptions and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics. Membership renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel through the billing portal when available or ask Paddle at paddle.net to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund or lawful termination ends access earlier. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains refund requests.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for supervising children’s use. Do not share enrolled-only class links or access credentials.
You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass others, upload malware, probe or bypass security controls, scrape the service without permission, or interfere with classes or other users. Do not circumvent plan limits, reverse engineer software where prohibited by law, or resell access or materials.
5. Intellectual property and family use
Little Muslims Academy retains ownership of its service, software, documentation, original educational materials and branding, except for third-party materials owned by their respective rights holders. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership.
Subject to these Terms and your purchased plan, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use supplied lessons and download permitted resources for personal family learning. You may not publicly distribute, sell or repost them without permission. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us only the permission needed to process it to provide the service. Submit only content you have the right to use.
6. Availability and warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or a particular educational outcome. Maintenance, technical failures and circumstances outside our control can affect availability. We may update materials and service features without removing statutory rights or our obligations to supply what was purchased.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or serious or repeated policy violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; immediate restriction may be necessary to protect children, users or the service.
When access ends, your licence to restricted content ends. Data is retained or deleted according to our Privacy Notice. Suspension or termination does not remove any refund or other statutory rights you may have.
8. Questions and changes
For payment, subscription, cancellation or refund assistance, visit paddle.net. For educational-service questions, consult the academy’s Contact page; its current availability is stated there. We may update these Terms and will identify the updated date and communicate material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
