1. Refunds through Paddle
Little Muslims Academy purchases processed by Paddle are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy, which we adopt by reference rather than imposing a separate refund window. That policy includes a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible consumers, with its applicable conditions and any additional rights required by law. Please read Paddle’s policy for the rules that apply to your purchase. We do not impose an all-sales-final or no-refunds rule.
2. How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net and use Paddle’s purchase-support service to request a refund. Provide the email used at checkout, the order or receipt reference and the purchase concerned. Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, handles refund requests and returns according to its policy and applicable consumer law. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
This process applies to membership payments, private lessons, both workshop options and digital resources purchased through Paddle. If content was not supplied, is defective or does not match its description, explain the issue to Paddle; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. Membership cancellation
Membership costs $50 USD per child per month, with no free trial, and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel through the billing portal when available or request cancellation from Paddle at paddle.net before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future billing; it is distinct from a refund request.
Access ordinarily continues until the end of your current paid period. A refund may end access to the refunded service or product. Refunds for a renewal or a partially used month are assessed under Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable law, not a separate blanket exclusion.
4. One-time purchases and service changes
Private lessons ($35), workshops ($35 live only or $50 full package) and digital resources ($15, $20 or $30) are one-time purchases, not monthly subscriptions. The purchased description and confirmed arrangements govern delivery and scheduling.
If the academy cancels a purchased session or cannot supply what was purchased, you may request a refund through Paddle. Any rescheduling arrangements cannot override your mandatory consumer rights. Payment, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
